By using our E-car service, you assume full responsibility for the car use and agree to ride responsibly and in accordance with all traffic laws and regulations.

4. Prohibited Use:

E-cars are strictly meant for personal transportation. Any commercial or illegal use is strictly prohibited.

5. Reporting Damage or Issues:

If you encounter any issues with the E-car, such as damage or malfunction, please report it to our customer support immediately.

6. Unauthorized Modifications:

Riders are not allowed to modify or tamper with the E-car components or software in any way.

7. Maximum Weight Limit:

The maximum weight limit for riders using our E-car is 120 kilograms (264 pounds).

8. Rental Period:

The rental period starts from the moment you unlock the E-car and ends when you successfully lock it back in at the designated drop-off location.

9. Parking Rules:

Always park the E-car in designated areas or as instructed by our app. Do not obstruct public pathways, driveways, or private property.

10. Rental Charges:

Rental charges will apply as per the tariff mentioned in our app. Make sure you have sufficient funds in your account to cover the rental fees.

11. Late Return Fee:

In case of late return, additional charges may apply. Make sure to return the E-car on time to avoid extra fees.

12. Security Deposit:

A security deposit may be required before you start using our E-car. The deposit will be refunded upon safe return of the E-car.

13. Loss or Theft:

In the event of loss or theft of the E-car during your rental period, report it to the local authorities and our customer support immediately.

14. Account Sharing:

You are responsible for all activities and usage associated with your account. Do not share your account information with others.

15. Suspension or Termination:

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if you violate any of the terms and conditions or engage in any misuse of the E-car service.
